Forty-five years ago when I wrote my first book, The Art of Homemaking, it was one of the first of its kind. There was little printed material available, if any, about household organization and home management. Now a great deal of helpful information is readily accessible—books, magazines, classes, and so forth. Then there’s all the information on-line, including my own website with over a hundred free articles gleaned from my books, classes, talks, and magazine columns.
But, knowledge is only as good as its application. We all understand that it’s not the knowing, but the doing, that counts. So, the question is, how successful are you in applying what you know? Here’s a short self-assessment to help determine your level of doing.
